Drone delivery has so much practical use in Africa due to the infrastructural gap. This year a nurse in Sierra Leone was able to demonstrate that shortages in medicine can be prevented by adding aerial delivery to hospital logistics. Just imagine how many patients lose their lives in rural areas when vital medical supplies are out of reach.
